ytd nite was tired and full..! :D ytd sis using computer.then cant blog bout my dinner.. we went to '吃桌' (:
hmm is sort of like... going 拜拜 ... then also can bet the amount of money for the goods on the stage with a MC who can't stop talking... ((: then keep on shouting... 1st call, 2nd call, 3rd call / final call... then ppl will keep on betting higher price.. until the last call.they will get the goods.and shall come again for it next year.. ((:
and also.. every table will have the last owner of one of the goods de name.. then he or her friends can come to eat! woohoooo..! :X
sounds fun..? but every goods..is DAMN ex. =.= ppl can bet things for thousands.. T.T
but of course la.. my family dun have that kind of money.. -.-
is my mum's friends call her to bring ppl go to fill up the table.. ((:
and when we got there.. is bout..7pm+ it was so damn WARM there.. T.T

so foggy there... the smoke from the incenses keep on making me cry.. T.T then ended up having sore eyes. x. x

omg..we actually saw ANG MOs there..?! first time i've ever seen ang mos at this kind of event.. shocking.. O.O

the very first dish.is call the 'cold plate'.cause it has been ready since a long time.then coldcold de.. but still nice. ((: especially the custard prawns in the middle.. ! :D

and the second dish is of course the sharkfin... but this VERY obvious is fake de.. -.- is all mushrooms can.i dun eat until any sharkfin. =.=

the third one is very unique.nvr eat before this dish.i think they came out with this recently.it is deep fried yam paste.. -.- i hate yam.i had one bite.i dunwan it anymore.. T.T

then just now that yam pieces will form a standing circle around this stuff.quite nice..better than the yam la pls. =.=

the forth dish can predict is this le.. steam fish.. went for many of this kind of dinner.. then will always predict the next dish correctly.almost all chefs cook the same dishes.

OMG.OMG.OMG a rare dish here..! beijing roasted duck..or..we call it 'lemon duck' cause the yellow gravy below is sort of lemon gravy..sweetsweet de. ^^ so nice..!! not many chefs can afford this..thats why its rare to have it. ><

the sixth dish..also quite common.abalone vege.s (:

presenting...... the FAKE abalone they always use. ((: until now.. din had any real abalone from the chefs

the seventh dish.also common de.drunken prawns.dun really like drunken de..i prefer butter cereal de. ^^

the eighth dish.. this one must have de... cause is called.'kong ba pau' then eat le will 'bao zong'. -.- so lame.i too full for that le.. everyone eat the meat nia.. actually shld be putting the meat in between the pau.then eat de.

and the last dish.. is always dessert.. iced longans and the brown brown de dunno what izzit.. mum say is '海底椰'?

after everything.. look at the messy table. :D
